Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy defines cancellation policy of Dream Inn Hotel

  • If cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified later or on the day inclusive or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • Once a refund request is made, it takes upto 5 working days for the amount to be processed. If due to unavoidable circumstances, it takes any longer, you shall be informed by the Hotel Management.
  • The mode of payment for refund remains the same as the mode of payment made by the customer while booking. So, in case of payment made by Credit Card, we will refund the amount to the same cardholder’s account.
  • We do not entertain requests for refund in Cash if the booking has not been done in any other mode of payment.
  • If the booking has been made through third party sites (and not from the Booking section on our website), then the cancellation also has to be initiated from the same third-party website. No direct requests can be entertained for third-party websites.
  • Please note that if you made booking using any promo-code or discount offer, then please check the terms and conditions of the booking. No refund request shall be entertained for a non-refundable room booking.
  • In case of cancellation, hotel must be informed by email.

Children & Extra Guest Policy

  • Children below 8 years of age stay at free of cost while using existing bedding. If cot is provided the charges of extra bed will be applicable.
  • Children who are equal to or above 9 years of age are considered Pre-teen/ Teenagers and the booking for the child is chargeable as per the extra bed charges.
  • We do not entertain more than 4 guests (adults & children) in any room under any circumstances.
  • The maximum occupancy for extra guests varies for each room. Pls contact us before making a booking to confirm the same.
